How we handle what you send us through this website.
This is a website preview. Forms on this build do not send anything, and nothing you type into them is stored or transmitted.
What we collect
Only what you type into a form on this site:
- Your name, and the phone number or email address you give us.
- Which of those you would rather we used to reply.
- For a catering enquiry, the event date, the number of people, and what you tell us you need.
- For the specials list, whether you asked for email, text, or both, along with the exact wording you agreed to and the date and time you agreed to it.
- Which page you were on and, if you arrived from a link we shared, which campaign it was.
What we do with it
- Enquiries. We use your details to answer you. An enquiry does not add you to any marketing list.
- The specials list. If you asked for email or texts, we send you specials and news on the channel you picked, and nothing else.
We do not sell your details, and we do not share them for anyone else's advertising.
Text messages
You only get texts if you tick the box asking for them. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop, or HELP for help. Agreeing to texts is never a condition of ordering.
Every email we send has an unsubscribe link. One click and we stop.
Ordering elsewhere
When you choose DoorDash, Uber Eats, Grubhub or our own ordering page, you leave this website and their privacy terms apply to what happens next. We do not receive your payment details from this site, because this site never takes a payment.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries while we are dealing with them and for a reasonable period afterwards. We keep your place on the specials list until you unsubscribe. [Retention period to be confirmed by the restaurant before launch.]
Measurement
We count how many people tap to call, tap for directions, open the ordering options or leave for a delivery platform, so we know which parts of the site are useful. These counts are not tied to your name, your phone number or your email address.
